Julia Fox's New Spring Hair Color Is So Unexpected—and Copyable

Uh huh honey.

Julia Fox is an easy person to use as hair color inspiration, if only because she's tried out every shade in the book. Still, her most recent dye job might be our favorite shade to copy during this spring's salon visits.

No, it's not another take on the silvery, lavender-tinted hue she showed off last month alongside a DIY bob, or anything close to the cherry cola shade she was rocking in 2023. This color—a true honey blonde—is a little more mainstream, but no less special.

The author first showed off the color while attending Vanity Fair's young Hollywood-honoring Vanities Party at Bar Marmont on Wednesday, February 26. Just days earlier, she'd been sporting a root-y bleached bixie, so the dye job and sheer enormity of her hairdo came as a surprise.

A warm, golden-yellow shade, Fox's locks were piled on top of her head in the kind of updo that '90s Pamela Anderson made famous. Her curtain bangs were pinned back with black clips, and face-framing strands worked their way out of the messy pile to tickle her cheekbones and neck.

With her not-so-polished updo and no-pants, white-button up shirt and tie getup, Fox's look was the latest entry in the ever-expanding Office Siren trend portfolio. Her makeup was also perfectly befitting of the name (I love an administrative worker with heavy handed blush). This time, a baby pink color worked its way down her prominent cheekbones.

The New Yorker's eyebrows were bleached a blonde color that was just a little lighter than her hair, and her blue eyes featured only the lightest sweep of mascara. Sticking with the '90s working woman theme, she showed off a long, square-shaped manicure with extra-thick, classic white French tips.

So, I guess we're all dying our hair honey blonde and returning to office this spring? Whatever you say, boss.
