Powder Melt Glass Setting Spray was designed to literally melt powder into your skin for an ultra-hydrated, radiant, and (here's the big one!) glass-like finish.

The Formula

Like any good glass skin product, Powder Melt Glass Setting Spray boasts a skincare-infused formula that'll benefit your skin texture and barrier health in the long run. Featured ingredients include a ceramide complex (it locks in moisture and supports the skin barrier), ginger flower water (it protects with antioxidants and promotes plumpness), and lime pearl extract (it delivers visibly brighter and smoother skin).

The oil-free spray was made for glow as opposed to a matte finish, and does its makeup-setting job for up to 12 hours while making sure your skin is still breathing—the tagline here is "melt your powder, not your makeup." To use it, you just have to shake to activate and spritz; it can be used before makeup or throughout the day for a little radiance boost.

"As we move into summer, I could use a setting spray that keeps my makeup in place through humidity while creating my preferred dewy finish—so this One/Size launch comes at the perfect time. The product was easy to apply (I often feel I have to brace for impact with setting sprays, but this one spritzed more gently and evenly), and it left my skin looking glassy and hydrated but decidedly not oily. While I touched up my makeup slightly at the end of a full workday before heading to dinner, I found I needed to do less than normal: My skin still had a radiant, dewy finish with most of my complexion makeup still beautifully in place, besides blush and a few areas I was spot-concealing. I’m looking forward to turning to this spray on marathon-length days this summer and beyond."

"Of the three big claims—melting and setting powder layers, improving moisturization, and extending wear—I would say the Powder Melt Glass Setting Spray really knocked it out of the park for two out of three for me. My powder blush definitely looked smoother on the skin (checking box one), and the spray imparts a really noticeable, but natural, glass-like finish. This isn't your editorial/runway porcelain doll glaze (which is also gorgeous!), but a more subtle, lit-from-within look that's more skincare than makeup (checking box two). When it comes to wear time, however, I have to say... I give the edge to my beloved OG, the One/Size On 'Til Dawn. I for sure experienced more smudging and transfer toward the end of the day. But that isn't a huge deterrent for me. I can definitely see myself wearing this one for special events for which wear time is less pressing, but a glowy finish is a must."
