Congratulations are in order for Phoebe Dynevor! While this is something we could probably say any day (she’s always wrapping a cool project or wearing an incredible outfit), this time is extra special. As of earlier this month, the actress is a married woman—and she pulled off her to-fans-surprise nuptials in not one, but two gorgeous makeup looks.
“It was such a beautiful, intimate energy,” Dynevor’s makeup artist, Jen Tioseco, told Byrdie when asked how glam time felt on that very special day in the French countryside. “Of course there was excitement, but there was also this lovely sense of calm.”
“I think getting ready on your wedding day can be such an emotional experience, so I really wanted the makeup process to feel relaxed and enjoyable,” the artist added. “We took our time, made little adjustments as we went, and really let the look come together naturally.”
Ahead, discover everything there is to know about both of Dynevor’s looks, plus tips on how to achieve them yourself, with or without that special bridal flair.
The Inspiration
According to Tioseco, the vision for Phoebe’s wedding look was to have everything “feel timeless and thoughtful.”

“We weren’t trying to follow a specific trend or create something that would overpower her. It was more about enhancing Phoebe and making sure every element—the skin, blush, eyes and lip—felt completely harmonious,” she explained. “We talked a lot about classic bridal beauty, but through a very modern, effortless lens. The goal was for her to walk down the aisle feeling like the most beautiful version of herself: Polished and special, but still completely recognizable as Phoebe.”
The duo made it happen with a kit full of Charlotte Tilbury products that carried them through the entire day.
The Ceremony Look
To recite her vows to longtime beau Cameron Fuller, Dynevor appeared with ethereal skin, champagne eyeshadow, a touch of blush, and a soft pink lip.
“For me, beautiful bridal skin should still look like skin. I wanted Phoebe’s complexion to feel perfected without ever looking covered,” said Tioseco. “I started with Charlotte’s Magic Cream to really hydrate and prep the skin, then used Hollywood Flawless Filter strategically to create luminosity rather than an all-over high shine.”
Then came the time for color. The product lineup included Airbrush Flawless Blur Loose Powder in Translucent, Airbrush Flawless Foundation in 3N and 4N, Airbrush Flawless Finish in Shades, 1 and 2, Hollywood Flawless Filter in 2, and Airbrush Flawless Blur Concealer in 3.5 and 4.5.
“I kept the foundation application really controlled and used concealer only where I wanted additional coverage,” added the artist. “I love keeping the center of the face perfected and allowing the natural dimension of the skin to come through everywhere else. A light application of Airbrush Flawless Finish through the areas that needed it kept everything polished without taking away that freshness.”
The blush came courtesy of Matte Beauty Blush Wand in Pillow Talk and Airbrush Flawless Blush Blur in Naughty Talk. And the lip combo? Lip Cheat in Icon Baby and Matte Revolution Lipstick in Supermodel.
The Reception Look

There was a fairly obvious point in the evening to switch up the makeup: party time. While the complexion magic was the same, the hair came down, the blush got blushier with Airbrush Flawless Blush Blur in Pillow Talk, and the lip combo got a little deeper with Lip Cheat in Pillow Talk Medium and Matte Revolution Lipstick in Wedding Belles (of course).
“For the reception, we knew we could have a little more fun because the ceremony look had been so soft and timeless. We wanted to turn up the glamour without making it feel like an entirely different person,” noted Tioseco. “Blush became a really important part of the look—I wanted that beautiful romantic flush to translate in the candlelight. We added more definition around the eyes and gave everything a little more intensity, while keeping the skin fresh. It was essentially the evening evolution of her bridal look.”

Get the Look(s)
If you’re looking to get a similar look, we have all the info you need. But also, remember: You’re not going to look like Phoebe. You’re going to look like you.
“I think the biggest thing [for a similar look] is not feeling like you need to become someone else on your wedding day. Choose the features you already love about yourself and enhance them,” said Tioseco. “For a look like Phoebe’s, keep the skin fresh, use blush to create that natural romantic flush, softly define the eyes rather than making them overly dramatic, and choose a lip that feels like an elevated version of your natural lip color.”
The artist also thinks that balance is everything. “Nothing on Phoebe’s face was fighting for attention—the blush, lip and eye tones all spoke to one another, which is what made the finished look feel so effortless and timeless,” she added.

Make it Last
Wedding days are long and often require makeup that can keep up through tears, laughter, dining, and dancing. According to Tioseco, longevity really starts before you apply your foundation. With skin prep!
You can’t overload that precious face, though.
“I like working in very thin layers and building coverage only where I need it. I’ll lightly powder strategic areas rather than mattifying the entire face, because I still want the skin to have dimension,” said the artist. “And then I always set everything with Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray. I actually love using setting spray throughout the makeup—not only at the very end—because it helps the different layers become one with the skin.”
