The Inspiration

The thing that makes Rhode products so endearing is that they're inspired by Bieber's life and the things she loves, like ballet and glazed finishes. Sugar Cookie is the latest limited-edition, treat-honoring shimmer tint in the brand's repertoire, following the baby pink Jelly Bean (launched for Bieber's 27th birthday as a take on "your favorite lip gloss from middle school"), spiced brown Cinnamon Roll (for her 28th, her favorite thing to bake), and non-tinted Peppermint Glaze (a holiday 2024 special).

This time around, the vision was pure sweetness and the fact that everyone needs a hot pink lip gloss in their bag. This one is sprinkled with pink and blue shimmer pigments, features a "freshly baked sugar cookie scent," and looks absolutely beautiful when paired with soft baby pink Piggy Pocket Blush. The Formula
